现代远程教师培训:价值、问题与体系建构策略

摘    要:伴随现代信息技术的迅猛发展以及终身学习理论在教师专业发展中的日益深入,远程教育技术以其自身的独特价值,在教师培训中的地位与作用日益彰显。目前国内对现代远程教师培训相关方面的问题,认识比较模糊,基于此笔者从现代远程教师培训的基本问题入手,对现代远程教师培训的概念、价值、问题以及体系建构策略等进行梳理、阐述。

Abstract:Accompany with the technological fast development of modern information and study of lifelong theories in teacher profession,the role and position of distance educational technology is more and more important in teacher training. The author writes this paper in order to discover dim problems in modern distance teacher training,such as its concept,advantages,construction strategy and its facing problems.
