| 摘 要： | 社会和谐是中国特色社会主义的本质属性.共产主义要消灭剥削,但并不废除非剥削得来的私有财产.剖析"重新建立个人所有制",可认定共产主义的所有制包含个体合作占有和无剥削成分的私人占有.社会主义的本质包含消除剥削.劳资关系首先是劳资合作,有劳资合作才有企业存在.劳资对立与劳动争议有本质区别.资本要区分有剥削的资本和无剥削的资本.劳动争议要区分有剥削因素的劳动争议和无剥削因素的劳动争议.经济建设需要劳资合作,劳资和谐是社会和谐的一项重要内容.社会和谐首先是社会公平,劳资和谐首先是分配公平.劳资和谐应包含的一个重要观念是,有合理收入的劳动与无剥削的资本之间形成了公平、和睦的劳资合作.
