| 摘 要： | 农村教师教育工作是农村基础教育发展的基本保证。以当前农村教师教育工作中所存在的客观问题为切人点，深刻剖析阻碍农村教师教育的社会原因以及所造成的负面影响，从我国农村师资实际出发，因地制宜，建构多元化的教师教育渠道，以推动我国农村教师教育的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Effective training to rural teachers is the basic foundation of developing rural basic education in China . This paper focuses on some objective problems existing in Chinese contemporary rural teacher training. Meanwhile , it analyzes the social problems hindering the development of rural teacher training and some negative effects. Founding of various teacher training channels should base on the real teacher conditions in rural areas , thus achieving the sound development of rural teacher training. |
