| 摘 要： | 实行货币化分配住房,是解决城市住房问题的根本途径.可通过建立以经济实用住房为主体的多层次住房供应体系,满足不同收入水平城市居民的居住需要;全面开放住房市场;建立健全有利于城市居民住房供应货币化的金融支持体系等途径逐步实现.

| Abstract: | Distributing to housing monetarily should be the ultimate way to solve the problems of civic housing. First, the multiple supply systems in which the economic and applicative housings are the main should be built. Secondly, the housing market should be opened completely. Thirdly, the financial support system which is beneficial to the monetary supply of the civic housing should be built and gradually. |
