论专业认同感与图书馆学教育的关系

摘    要:从四个方面概述近十年图书馆学专业教育领域研究文献,指出其共同忽视了学生作为专业教育的主体.在调查问卷的分析基础上探讨低专业认同感对图书馆学教育的影响,借用"反身性"概念说明专业意识的重要作用.建议图书馆学课程设置变革的同时应重视学生的主体性,及早帮助学生树立正向的专业意识.
