| 摘 要： | 根据以技术为基础的经济增长模型,并结合软件产业的结构框架,阐明软件产业技术支撑体系。通过分析软件产业技术支撑体系各类技术在研究开发过程中的风险特征和投资结构,提出促进我国软件产业链自主创新能力提高的可操作模式和政策建议。

| Abstract: | Although software industry develop very quickly in China,but the position of it is not high in the world.The lower innova- tive capacity of the software industrial generic technology which includes the system software and supporting software environment is the main reason which restricts the capacity of software industry independent innovation in our country.On the base of economic model of a technology-based industry and structure of software industry,this paper illuminates the technology supporting system of software in- dustry.Through the analysis of availability of capital and risk in the R&D process in of the typical software industrial technologies,the operable policy suggestion that can improve the innovative capacity of software industrial chain is given in the paper. |
