| 摘 要： | 安徽省体育系统第2届教练员论文征集工作体现了省体育局对培养业余训练教练员人才的关怀,体现了省体育局对全省业余训练科研工作的高度重视。该文对第2届教练员论文征集和评审情况进行了分析,指出了本次论文征集的特点和亮点:领导重视,组织宣传措施到位;获奖论文特色鲜明,针对性强;亮点较多,并有一些很好的做法和经验,值得在今后开展此类工作时借鉴和运用。并提出了存在的问题与建议。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the process of the theses collection and discusses the appraisal of the work.This theses collection work shows its own distinctive features and advantages such as the leaders＇ great importance to it,fully conducting propaganda,the excellent papers with unique styles and definite aims etc.Furthermore,the authors hope that the good methods and experiences in the work can be used for reference in the future,at the same time,some existing problems and suggestions are put forward. |
