| 摘 要： | 20世纪三四十年代，一大批一流私立大学在各种因素作用下相继被国立化，由以蒋介石为首的南京中央政府直接管理，这成为中国近代高等教育史上独特的现象。东北大学于1937年初开始实质的国立化进程，过程颇多曲折，具有一定特殊性。本文拟考察这段特殊的历史，以恢复历史全貌。
