| 摘 要： | 首先分析了高技术风险投资中存在的风险种类和性质;然后从定量方面给出了衡量风险的方法：模糊评价及组合测度;最后采用贝叶斯决策方法说明了如何进行风险投资项目的风险决策,决策结果表明,该决策方法具有科学性与有效性.

| Abstract: | Firstly, the sorts and the features of the investment ventures in the high-technology venture capital are analyzed. The fuzzy evaluation make-up estimation methods of measuring the ventures in the highly-technology venture capital is quantitatively presented. Finally, the paper explain how to make a venture decision in the venture capital, this will provide the helpful theories hading for our business enterprise to promote the venture controlling. |
