重庆市中学教师社会支持的现状分析

摘    要:采用“社会支持”量表对重庆市的400名中学教师进行了问卷调查,通过分析发现:重庆市中学教师社会支持在性别上不存在显著差异,在主观支持和对支持的利用上存在显著的城乡差异,在主观支持上存在显著文化程度差异,在社会支持和主观支持上存在显著的教龄差异,社会支持对心理幸福感有积极影响。

Abstract:A questionnaire survey about "social support" Chongqing. Analysis of the results showed that there was not was conducted among 400 high school teachers in significant difference in social support between the male and the female, there was significant difference in subjective support and utilization of social support between rural and urban areas, there was significant difference of culture degree in subjective support, and there was pronounced difference of age in social support and subjective support. Besides, social support had positive influence on teachers' psychological well-being.
