| 摘 要： | 在工程建设中,总监理工程师对于控制工程质量、缩短工期、节约投资等方面发挥着不可估量的作用,从总监的地位、应具备的素质能力着手,讨论了做好一名总监理工程师的工作应具备的素质,指出总监理工程师应善于观察和发现监理工作中的问题,要从安全监理、建设单位的不规范行为和现场监理人员的素质方面着手来开展工作.
