| 摘 要： | 2005年国庆期间,C C TV《说法做客.请您断案》节目在真人秀成分得以延续的基础上,淡化了娱乐成分,增添了益智竞技成分,参与性进一步提升。在国内电视法制节目同质化竞争严重的情形下,这是一种开拓创新。但与国外成熟而丰富的电视法制节目形态相比,国内的法制节目形态还有待进一步开发。

| Abstract: | On the last National Day,Settling Lawsuits,a CCTV program based on the continuing of Reality TV element,which the amusement element is desalinated,the wisdom and competitions elements are added,and the participation element is further improved,may be creative under the seriously similar competitions circumstances of domestic TV law programs.However,compared with the mature and abundant programs in other countries,the forms of our TV law programs should be further exploited. |
