| 摘 要： | 对旋转投掷铁饼技术形成左侧支撑前摆动腿动作的分析研究表明,摆动腿趋于“直线性”的摆动能减小铁饼在旋转阶段所获得预先速度的损耗,提高人体旋转速度;能增加整个身体重心的稳定性,有助于铁饼最后出手的合速度。旋转掷铁饼中形成左侧支撑前摆动腿趋于“直线性”摆动技术将成为旋转掷铁饼运动技术的发展方向。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the movement of swinging legs before the left support is formed in rotating throwing discus,this paper finds out that the swinging of the two legs which tend to become straight can reduce the loss of the preceding speed in rotating,and as a result,the rotation of the human body can be accelerated.In addition,it can strengthen the stability of the whole body and therefore contributes to the last whole speed.The paper finally points out that the swinging technology will surely play a dominant role in the development of the whole technology of rotating throwing discus. |
