论森林旅游企业的人力资源管理

摘    要:森林旅游企业的发展主要取决于人的质量。人力资源管理是森林旅游企业快速发展的根本。森林旅游企业实施人力资源管理的途径是:尊重、信任员工,与员工建立荣辱与共的伙伴关系;疏通信息交流渠道,使员工在信息交流中提高服务质量和工作效率;完善员工培训机制,提高员工的综合能力;大力开展森林旅游企业文化建设,为员工创造快乐的工作环境。

Abstract:The development of forestry tourism enterprises mainly depends on the quality of their employees. It is human resources management that helps the forestry tourism to develop rapidly. The ways used in human resources management in forestry tourism enterprises include: inspect and trust employees, and establish partnership with employees; make the channel for communication unimpeded so as to promote employees' service and efficiency; perfect the mechanism for training employees to improve their comprehensive abilities; and vigorously develop enterprise culture to create happy working conditions.
