| 摘 要： | 在国家发展中原经济区的战略部署下，农业发展和人口就业问题的悖论成为河南省亟待解决的难题。文章从理念、实践、环境等不同层面剖析了河南省大学生创业中存在的难题，然后依据利益相关者理论，提出解决的对策和建议：作为主推者的政府，要完善大学生创业融资体系、贯彻落实大学生创业政策、完善大学生创业服务体系等；作为助推者的企业，要大力发展服务业，实施社会化服务；作为施教者的高校，要从宏观上结成全国性的创业教育联盟、中观上形成广泛多样的创业教育合作团体，微观上实施校园内跨学科创业教育模式。

| Abstract: | Under the national strategic deployment of the Economic Region of Central China ,the paradox of the agri-cultural development and employment becomes the urgent problem to be solved in Henan . This article analyzes the problem from its concept ,practice ,and environment ,and them put forward the solutions and suggestions according to the theory of Stakeholders：of the government as the main pusher should perfect the college students ’ venture cap-ital financing system ,implement the student entrepreneurial policies ,improve the undergraduates ’ innovation serv-ice system;The enterprise as a booster should develop greatly the service sector , realize the socialize service;The u-niversity as a teaching sector should combine to a national entrepreneurship education alliance at the macro level , form a wide variety of entrepreneurial cooperation in education at the middle level ,and implement the across -disci-plines entrepreneurship education on campus at the micro level . |
