| 摘 要： | 法律素养是高职大学生必备的素质之一，但是研究表明，高职大学生的法律素养总体不高、法律知识水平一般、法律信仰较低、法律行为践行较差，这是由高职院校法制教育投入不足、传统历史文化禁锢、社会环境不良影响以及大学生自身因素共同造成的。

| Abstract: | law quality is the basic element of student in vocational colleges .However ,the research shows that their legal knowledge is low ,their legal belief is absent ,and their legal action is less .All these are caused by the insuffi-cient investment of law education in colleges ,the influence of traditional history and culture ,the inferior impact of social environment ,and college students themselves . |
