| 摘 要： | 以成就动机量表、一般自我效能感量表和生命愿景量表就大学生成就动机、一般自我效能感和生命愿景的关系进行问卷调查，并以SPSS17．0软件进行统计分析。研究结果表明：大学生成就动机、一般自我效能感和生命愿景在年级、任职情况人口学变量上差异显著；大学生成就动机、一般自我效能感和生命愿景显著相关；大学生成就动机、一般自我效能感能够有效地预测生命愿景，且一般自我效能感在成就动机与生命愿景关系中起部分中介作用。

| Abstract: | This article concerns the relationship among achievement motivation, general self- efficacy and life vision of college students. Questionnaire survey was conducted among the college students in Fujian Province, using a- chievement motivation scale ,general self- efficacy scale and life vision scale, analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical soft- ware. The result shows：l There are significant differences on three items in representation and position demographic variables. 2 Three items have significant relevance. 3 College students＇ achievement motivation, general self - effica- cy could predict life vision effectively, and general self - efficacy plays a part of intermediary role in achievement motivation and life vision. |
