| 摘 要： | 从2015年习近平主席提出"供给侧结构性改革"开始,中国教育行业正在进行着从校内到校外、从人才培养模式到人才培养质量的供给侧改革。随着人工智能在财务领域的应用,基础核算型会计人才越来越供过于求,管理型会计人才的缺口却越来越大,对高职会计专业人才职业能力提升的供给侧改革已迫在眉睫。目前很多高职院校在会计专业人才培养上,依然更注重专业能力、专业技能的培养,轻视对其他职业能力的培养。该文以高职院校为例,针对会计专业学生职业能力培养的现状,对其职业能力的培养和提高进行了思考和探索,提出了调整人才培养目标、按需开设课程、利用第二课堂、培养学生终身学习理念等解决方法。

| Abstract: | Since Chairman Xi Jinping put forward the"structural reform of supply side"in 2015,Chinese education industry has been carrying out the supply side reform from inside to outside school,from talent training mode to talent training quality.With the application of artificial intelligence in the field of finance,the demand for basic accounting talents has becomeless and less,while the demandfor managerial accounting talents is growing.The professional ability of accounting talents is changing.It is urgent to reform the supply side of improving the professional ability of accounting professionals in higher vocational colleges.At present,many higher vocational colleges still pay more attention to the cultivation of professional competence and professional skills in the training of accounting professionals,while neglecting the cultivation of other professional competence.Taking a higher vocational college as an example,in view of the present situation of the professional ability training of accounting students in Yunfu City,this paper makes corresponding thinking and exploration on the training and improvement of their professional ability,and puts forward some solutions such as adjusting the training objectives of talents,offering courses on demand,utilizing the second classroom and cultivating students’lifelong learning concept. |
