| 摘 要： | 弱势群体是在任何时代任何社会都存在的群体,可这一问题却在构建社会主义和谐社会的主旋律中成为了一个特别的音符,于是也越来越受到了广泛的关注。而保证提高弱势群体的地位和生活水平,最重要的就在于维护和发展弱势群体的各种正当利益,保证社会公平得以最大限度的实现,并保证社会公平的重心向弱势群体倾斜,对他们给予更多的关注和关怀,着重从社会公平的角度论述对弱势群体的道德关怀。
