| 摘 要： | 在一切财富中,最宝贵的莫过于人才。而在一切竞争中,人才的竞争始终是核心,是关键。《吕氏春秋》作为先秦杂家的集大成之作,精辟而系统地论述了治理国家、管理社会、顺应自然、教化民生的原理和策略。文章仅从重才、识才、举才、用才几个方面对《吕氏春秋》的人才观进行初步探讨,以期为我们更有效地发现,更加科学地利用人才提供有益启示。

| Abstract: | In all wealth, the most precious is person with ability. In all the competitions, the central and crucial one is competition for person with ability."lv shi chun qiu" is the most representative book of all the works before the period of Qin dynasty. It tells us systematically how to govern a country, manage a society, abide by the nature and civilize the people. This paper is about viewpoints about person with ability in "lv shi chun qiu". It will tell us scientifically how to develop human resource and make full use of person with ability. |
