| 摘 要： | 利用非参数的Malmquist生产率指数方法研究了1999-2008年中国研发创新全要素生产率(TFP)的变动及其分解,并针时TFP变动的时序特征及地区差异进行了比较分析.研究表明,中国研发创新TEP增长主要是由于技术效率推动的,技术进步改善的作用相对有限,研发创新技术进步与技术效率呈显著负相关,TFP并不是研发创新产出增长的主要源泉;东、中、西部地区之间研发创新TEP增长率也存在显著差异,且呈现东部、西部、中部依次递减的趋势.
