| 摘 要： | 基于科研成果的复杂性,从表现形式视角建立了科研成果评价指标体系,通过对科研成果在时间上的离散和集结,运用带有激励偏好的双激励控制线方法,建立了高校科研成果的动态综合评价模型,对我国7省2004-2008年的高校科研成果进行了动态实证评价,计算出了各评价对象在各阶段的激励和"惩罚"大小,较好地反映了7省科研成果的动态变化.最后结合计算结果,从空间和时间角度分析了7省科研成果的差异性,剖析了造成差异的原因,给出了相关对策.
