| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,中国产业竞争力有了很大发展,但产业竞争力的生成能力较弱.首先界定了产业竞争力生成能力的内涵,进而分析了目前技术进步促进竞争力生成能力提升的路径偏差,在此基础上,提出了促进竞争力生成能力提升的制度安排.中国只有努力培养和发展"有利于形成竞争力生成能力"的自主技术,寻找到有利于消化、积累和创新技术的制度体系安排,才能从根本上促进竞争力生成能力的提升,保证我国国家经济安全.
