| 摘 要： | 基于动态视角,围绕商业模式创新展开研究,提出了包括动态要素、构成要素和成功要素的动态商业模式创新逻辑框架.并以创业板上市的立思辰为案例,基于逻辑框架,对其商业模式创新过程和动态要素进行了描述,并分析了其商业模式创新的有效性.
