| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的推进,国际直接投资中以获取先进技术为目的的跨国FDI愈演愈烈,由此产生了技术寻求型FDI.技术寻求型FDI的出现依赖于其反向溢出效应,这使得企业能够通过FDI获取先进技术以提高长期绩效.通过建立动态面板计量模型对技术寻求型FDI中反向溢出效应进行实证研究,结果表明,反向溢出效应显著存在,且技术寻求型FDI在国际FDI中占据重要位置.

| Abstract: | Following with economic globalization,the technology-sourcing FDI is more and more.Its aim is to get advanced technology for the enterprise's long-term performance.TSFDI is relying on reverse spillover effects.We set up the empirical model and take use of dynamic panel data method to research the reverse spillover effect in TSFDI.The results show that the reverse spillover effect does exist in fact and the TSFDI occupies an important position in FDI. |
