| 摘 要： | 历史文化古镇"开发热"旅游热"申遗热"日渐升温,古镇旅游休闲已经成为一种时尚,古镇的旅游开发已经成为促进和拉动地方经济发展、培育和壮大文化产业的重要支点。但是在对古镇的开发过程中,往往忽视了当地社区的利益和居民的态度,致使当地社区居民没有机会参与到旅游服务等活动中,从而在心理上抵触当地旅游的发展。以黄姚古镇作为对象,研究其旅游开发现状及在开发过程中存在的问题,并提出建立社区居民参与机制、建立公平合理的利益分配制度和建立旅游影响监测机制等相应对策,旨在促进古镇旅游业的全面、协调、可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Recent years witnessed increasing fever of development,travel and cultural heritage application on the part of the historical and cultural towns.Leisure tours in ancient towns has turned to be a tourist fashion.Tourism development of ancient towns has become a key point promoting local economic development,developing and expanding cultural industries.However,little attention has been paid to the interest of the local communities and the attitude of the local residents.The article attempts to take up research on the current tourism development of Huangyao ancient town and the problems in the development,and proposes corresponding strategies for constructing mechanism for community residents participation,reasonable system of benefits distribution,and monitoring mechanism for tourism effects in an effort to promote comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable tourism development of Huangyao ancient town |
