| Abstract: | As a culture-and-history-loaded idea, "ruling a country by Virtuse" is not only a political theory based on Marxism and an important strategy of administrating a country that suits the current characteristics of the development of China, but also a critical inheritance of the reasonable elements of the thoughts of "ruling a country by virtues" of ancient China. It is of vital significance for us to make clear the development, the basic contents and the apocalypse of the traditional Chinese thoughts of ruling a country by virtues because it will contribute to our mastery of the basic requirements and rules of our policy of "ruling a country by virtues" in modern China. |
