| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育中传统的教学方式,已经越来越不适应新的教学环境的需要,必须对＂填鸭式＂教学方式进行改变,竞争性教学方案就是针对这一弊端而提出来的。这一崭新的教学方式不仅可以最大限度地激发教师教学的积极性和创造性,使教师形成自己独特的教学风格,而且由于充分给予学生以知情权和选择权,承认了学生的主体地位,也可以使学生学习的积极性与主动性得到空前的提高。把市场法则引入教学环节,是新形势下教学管理与教学改革的需要。

| Abstract: | The traditional teaching method in Chinese higher education can no more meet the need of new teaching environment and the traditional spoon-feeding education should be changed. The competing teaching method itself can remove the drawbacks of the spoon-feeding. The new method can promote teachers＇ enthusiasm and creation in their teaching hence the founding of their unique way of teaching. On the other hand,students may study more positively and initiatively due to the sufficient right to know and option which acknowledge that students are the main part in education. The new teaching method,modified by the jungle law,can meet the need in teaching management and reform. |
