| 摘 要： | 人才培养是高校工作的重要任务。高校学生管理工作作为高校育人工作系统中的一个重要组成部分，在教育学生成长和成才上发挥着重要作用。随着社会的发展，新时期的高校学生管理工作面临着很多新情况和新问题，如何正确认识和充分发挥高校学生管理工作的育人功能，培养更多的符合国家和社会需要的人才，是我们亟需解决的问题。
