| 摘 要： | 经济全球化背景下我国高校师德衰微现象,已经引起教育界的关注和忧虑,探索经济全球化背景下高校师德建设问题是一项刻不容缓的任务,我们必须高度重视。文章阐述了师德建设的基本要求和开展师德建设的途径和方法,指出教师敬业精神不够、育人观念淡薄、师表形象欠佳等现象是师德建设中不易忽视的问题,抓好师德建设,必须从根本上解决这些问题。

A Talk on Teacher Ethics Construction in Colleges and Universities in the Context of Economic Globalization |

| Abstract: | The decline of teacher ethics in colleges and universities of our country in the context of economic globalization has aroused much concern and anxiety in the educational circle, thus priority should be given to constructing teacher ethics in colleges and universities. This paper expounds on the basic requirements and means of teacher ethics construction. It is pointed out that efforts should be made to solve such problems as inadequate respect forwork, lack of professional ethics and unsound teacher image among teachers so as to better construct teacher ethics. |
