| 摘 要： | 学术权力是当前我国高等教育界研究的一个重点且热点的难题。学术权力的理解多种多样．为了更全面地认清现有学术权力的概念研究及为了进一步深入探讨学术权力的相关问题，有必要也必然要求对现有学术权力概念的研究成果进行概括与分析。认为现有学术权力的概念主要分为两大类。
