| 摘 要： | 写好书信是保证书面交流成功的一种重要途径。本文试图运用语篇语言学及系统功能语言学相关理论，探讨英语请求书信的语篇模式与语言特征，以期该文能对英语书信的写作给予一定指导，同时，希望通过分析所得到的启示对英语教学有所帮助。

| Abstract: | A successful letter is one of the relative theories of text linguistics and systemic language characteristics to guide the writing of important means of communication. This paper, through functional linguistics, tries to explore the text patterns and English request letters and give some advices for English teaching. |
