| 摘 要： | 由于中国传统的伦理道德观念，老人在乡土社会中拥有着重要的话语权力，在地方问题的解决中发挥着不可替代的作用。老年协会作为一种特殊的社会团体，依托尊老信老观念成为了一支作用独特的社会力量。云南元阳箐口村作为一个哈尼族民俗村，其老年协会的建设刚刚起步，笔者以为它将为当地乡村文化建设，地方权力体系变革、民俗文化村开发提供一种新的路径，也将为乡村养老模式的转变、民族文化的开发与保护提供一种新的思考。
