| 摘 要： | 随着我国加入WTO和公路建设市场的全方位开放,为了和国际接轨最低价评标法被广泛的用于公路工程招投标中,成本价的测算成为关注的焦点.通过对公路工程成本、成本价及成本价的特性分析,提出了四种获取最优报价的途径,可以使投标人确定一个低而适度的报价,并在中标后能获得一定的经济效益.

| Abstract: | With the accession to the WTO of our country and highway construction market opens up comprehensively. In order to integrate with world, The tender evaluation law of the bottom price is extensive used in highway engineering bid. Calculating of cost price becoming the focus, By analysis the highway engineering cost , The Cost price and the characteristic of cost price, Have put forward four kinds of ways to obtain optimum quotation Can make bidders confirm a low and appropriate quotation, And winning a bid or obtain certain economic benefits. |
