| Abstract: | It is necessary for us to take effective measures to avoid a possible up-and-down situation in the development of the real estate industry, and instead, we should ensure that the industry should be developed in a sustainable way. Shortly speaking, the main solution is to make use of the function of the government in its macro control, to raise the business making and, to build up the micro foundation of the sustainable development in the real estate industry. |
