我国职业教育混合所有制办学的发展历程与方向

摘    要:我国职业教育混合所有制办学在20世纪80年代就已出现,但是从研究的角度对其深化认识始于2014年颁布的《国务院关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》。通过文献分析发现,我国研究者主要从实践路径、困境解析及破解之道等方面对混合所有制办学展开研究。本文分析已有的研究成果后提出研究展望,未来需要从战略层面设计着手,着重研究如何完善混合所有制办学架构、选择合作伙伴、重点做好激励和管控等方面的问题。

On the Progress and Direction of School-Enterprise Cooperative Mixed Ownership in Vocational Education in China

Abstract:Although mixed ownership of vocational education has appeared in the 1980s in China,deepening the understanding of it from the perspective of research began with the State Council Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education promulgated in 2014.Through literature analysis,it is found that the research on mixed ownership by Chinese educational researchers mainly focuses on three perspectives:practical path,dilemma analysis and solution.After synthesizing the research results of researchers on mixed ownership,this paper points out that the future needs to start from the strategic design,improve the structure of mixed ownership,implement partners,and focus on incentives and control.
