| 摘 要： | 发展农村电子商务是农业转型升级、农民创业增收、农村繁荣发展的重要途径和有效手段。在盐城农村电子商务发展过程中存在一些突出的问题。解决这些问题,需要政府优化顶层设计,加大扶持力度,抓好电商产业园的建设,加强农产品的营销策划,注重从业人员的培训,加强电商人才队伍建设,积极探索农村电商新模式,加快物流配送网络的建设。

| Abstract: | The development of rural e-commerce is an important way and effective means for the transformation and upgrading of agriculture,the increase of farmers income and the prosperity and development of rural areas.There are some outstanding problems in the development of rural e-commerce in Yancheng.To solve these problems,the government needs to optimize the top-level design,strengthen support,pay attention to the construction of e-commerce Industrial Park,strengthen the marketing planning of agricultural products,pay attention to the training of employees,strengthen the construction of e-commerce talent team,actively explore the new mode of rural e-commerce,and accelerate the construction of logistics distribution network. |
