| 摘 要： | 江总书记“三个代表”重要思想是新时期全面加强党的建设的伟大纲领。基层党组织是党在社会基层组织的战斗堡垒,是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础,新时期搞好基层党组织工作首先要考虑做什么,怎么做、靠谁做三个方面的问题,必须突出抓好思想政治和组织监督,以人为本,研究工作规律和方法,调动全体党员发挥先模范作用。

New Tasks for Grass-roots Party Organizations in the New Era |

| Abstract: | The thought of "three representatives" by general secretary Jiang is the guiding principle of Party construction in the new era. Party organizations at the basic level___strongholds of the Party at basic social level___are the basis of the entire Party work and strength. The successful construction of grass_roots Party organizations in the new era involves attending to both ideological politics and organizational supervision, exploring working rules and methods and motivating all Party members to play their due role. |
