| 摘 要： | 近年来有计划的常规育种操作，使得目前小麦品种的遗传变异范围越来越窄，小麦育种的进一步发展需要利用和开拓丰富的基因资源。外源DNA导入为小麦育种提供了新的途径。本文综述了外源DNA导入的方法，分析了各种导入方法的优缺点。并对其在小麦育种中的应用进行了综述。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the scope of inheritance and variation becomes smaller and smaller just because of the systematic conventional breeding practice. The further development of the wheat breeding needs using the rich gene resources and the imported accidental DNA gives a new path to the wheat breeding. This passage summarizes the methods of the imported accidental DNA and analyses their merits and errors, also gives a general idea of the apply of the wheat breeding. |
