贵州省县域民族地区学前教育发展困境与策略研究——基于松桃县学前教育师资建设的实证研究

摘    要:加强贵州省民族地区师资建设是提升民族地区学前教育的普及化程度的关键。通过对松桃县学前教育师资建设的现状调查发现:武陵山片区学前教育师资建设存在薪酬待遇低、缺编情况严重、师生比过低、教职工结构不合理、达到学历要求的教师比例低、男幼教短缺等问题,提出多层面提高幼师整体地位是基础、多渠道补充合格幼师是保障、多举措吸引和留住幼师是核心、多平台促进幼师专业发展是动力。

Abstract:Expanding the scale of preschool running and its preschool structure are one of the main focuses of popularizing preschool education in the Wuling region, Guizhou Province. Through investigation, it is found that several problems exist in the preschool education of this region, i. e. , small - scale preschool, unreasonable pattern of the running school, unbalanced kindergarten distribution and class setting and so on. Then this paper proposes four countermeasures to help solve these problems: scientifically planning the construction of preschools, expanding education resources for state -run preschooling,promoting the development of inclusive private kindergartens, and enriching pattern of preschooling.
