| Abstract: | It is expounded in the essay that honesty and trustworthiness are the bases for the existence of the government, that honesty and trustworthiness of the government are the foundations of that of the society and that being honest and trustworthy is the laws' requirement for the government and its administrative behaviors. As members of the government, the civil servants' honesty and trustworthiness are the guarantees of the honesty and trustworthiness of the govemment's administrative behaviors and are also the basic requirements for the civil servants. |
