| 摘 要： | 民间体育是指在我国各民族人民群众当中广泛流传的以身体运动为主要形式的竞技游戏和民俗娱乐活动，具有娱乐性、趣味性、民俗性、游戏性、表演性和节庆性等特点。襄阳民间传统体育历史悠久、项目众多，对丰富襄阳人民的体育生活，强健民众体魄发挥了巨大作用，充分体现了襄阳人民的体育创造力。随着城市化进程，襄阳民间传统体育应借助城市的综合文化融合能力和文化辐射势能，不断提高其文化品位，得到更妥善的保护和发展，向更加广泛的地区传播。

| Abstract: | Folk sports refers to the traditional games and folk entertainments mainly in the form of body movement which are widespread among the masses of the people of all ethnic groups with characteristics like entertaining, fun, folk, games, performances and festivals and so on. Xiangyang folk traditional sports has a long history with numerous items, enriching Xiangyangers＇ sports life, fully embodying the the Xiangyang people＇s sports creativity. With urbanization, based on the city＇s comprehensive cultural integration capabilities and cultural radiation potential energy, Xiangyang traditional folk sports constantly improve their cultural taste, get better protection and development, and spread to a much wider area. |
