| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微柱凝胶法（MGT）在临床输血相容性检测中的应用价值。方法选取500例病人标本同时做ABO血型、Rh（D）血型鉴定以及不规则抗体检测，并与手工方法进行比对。结果500例患者ABO血型相符率98％，Rh（D）血型鉴定以及不规则抗体检测相符率100％。结论微柱凝胶法（MGT）操作简单、灵敏度高、结果稳定；微柱凝胶法（MGT）可以有效替代之前的IgM、IgG手工检测方法，是输血科开展~Affng-性检测试验的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： Explore the value of microcolumn gel （MGT） in clinical transfusion compatibility testing. Methods： 500 patient specimens to test ABO blood type, Rh （D） as well as irregular antibody detection, then compared with manual methods. Results： among 500 patients with ABO blood type with the match rate of 98%, Rh （D） blood grouping and irregular antibody detection 100%. Conclusions： with microcolumn gel （MGT）, the technical operation is simple, sensitivity high, and results stable; the microcolumn gel （MGT） can be an effective alternative for IgM, IgG handmade detection methods, and a preferred method for transfusion department to carry out a blood transfusion compatibility testing. |
