| 摘 要： | 民主权是现代社会所有权的要求和保证。资本主义民主制是资本化的生产资料所有权和劳动力所有权对立统一的法权形式。社会主义民主制是劳动和劳动力所有权和生产资料所有权的法权形式。脱离政治谈经济，脱离政治民主论公有经济改革，正是中国国有企业改革的思想障碍。

| Abstract: | The democratic right is the require with guarantee of ownership right in modern society.The capitalist democratic system is a law right of oppose and unify between the capitalization production material and the worker's ownership.The socialist democratic system is a law right of the worker's ownership and the production material ownership right.It is the thinking opposition of the state-owned enterprise's reformation that discuss economy breaking away politics and reform the state-owned economy breaking away politic democracy. |
