| 摘 要： | 本文基于数据仓库的数据挖掘技术，针对企业决策问题，讨论了如何有效地获取有关顾客信息及商品信息，以辅助决策者制定决策方案。在有多个决策方案的情况下，本文给出了一个用于方案评优与选择的群体决策模型。
