| Abstract: | Novelty retrieval point is the item which is to be investigated and verified.It is also called innovation point of the item.This article introduced the role of novelty retrieval point in sci-tech novelty retrieval,analysed the problems existing in the extraction of novelty retrieval point,discussed the ways to extract novelty retrieval point.Lastly,it pointed out three approaches to extract novelty retrieval point：effective communication,deep analysis and depending on the consultation expert. |
