摘    要:教师实践知识是教师知识的一个重要类别,对教师专业发展有极其重要的作用。对“教师实践知识”的探寻发挥了教师在发展过程中的主体性作用,符合现代教师专业发展的要求。运用教师教育叙事研究能更好的彰显教师实践知识,引发教师的实践智慧。

Abstract:Teacher s practical knowledge is an important integral part of teacher s general knowledge,and is very important to teacher s professional development.The author explains the concept of teacher s practical knowledge,clarifies the reasons for the importance of teacher s practical knowledge,discusses why the teachers narrative inquiry can develop teachers practical knowledge and produce teachers practical wisdom,and clarifies how to use teachers narrative inquiry to develop teachers practical knowledge.
