论中国职业教育"双师型"师资的产生与内涵演变

摘    要:职业教育“双师型”师资是我国教育结构调整、人才培养类型转型和职业教育发展形态变化等因素综合作用的产物,它的内涵随着社会经济条件的发展而不断变化。从深层次分析了“双师型”师资内涵的七种典型表述,指出了各自的优缺点,旨在为我国职业教育“双师型”师资的理论发展和实践探讨提供参考。

Abstract:Teacher talent with "double teacher type" in the field of vocational education is the production of synthetic interaction among the adjustment of educational structure in our country,transform of the type of cultivating talent,and the changes of developing states of vocational education,its connotation change continuously with the growth of the condition of social economy.This paper analyzed the seven types of typical explanation for the connotation of teacher talent with "double teacher type" from deep level,showed the advantages and shortcoming for every explanation,in order to provide reference for the theory development and practice research for the teacher talent with "double teacher type" in the field of Chinese vocational education.
