国家重大战略需求都将起到重要的作用。本文论述了能源利用与环境领域的基础研究的科学
价值与意义、现状与趋势以及在我国的进展与基础，并对我国相关基础研究的战略目标、关
键问题与优先领域提出建议。

| Abstract: | The progress in the science of energy utilizations will have a crucial effect on the developments of energy science and technology, which will then promote social and economical developments and fulfill requirements for the national strategical objective. The paper has discussed the scientific significance, the current status and trend, its research progress and basis in China of fundamental research on energy utilization and environment, and has also provided the suggestions for the strategical objective, key problems and encouraged its research areas in China. |
