| Abstract: | The participation of women in various fields of society has enhanced unceasingly. In this paper, based on three cases of female leaders in M community of Shanghai Xuhui District, the concept and the characteristics of female leadership in community ed- ucation are explored. Meanwhile, this article studies the women leadership promotion strategies of community education, the positive impact and challenges. |
